The staff, including administrative personnel, nurses, and aides, show kindness and compassion, giving families comfort and peace of mind. The center's welcoming and cheerful front office makes a positive impression on visitors. Hanover is where you want to receive the top notch rehab services they are known for. The staff nurses, aids, PT, and OT are awesome.
Compared to other local rehab facilities this place is a great place for loved ones to go and receive rehab services. The place is clean, the rehab room is modern and up to date and the therapists are really good. Highly recommend some of the other local places seek to model their facilities after this facility.
Hanover Rehab is a very good place to rehab. The people are friendly and knowledgeable and they make sure you get what you need. The PT department, especially, comes to get you for your appointment and allow you to use the equipment at extra times if they are available to supervise you! I’ve been a patient there twice and always enjoyed my stay
From Trey,Tiffany and Zee to Meisha, Jessica, and Lucy, let's not forget Matthew in PT and his OT partner. The transition fron the hospital to skilled nursing has been chef's kiss. In the few weeks our loved has been there, every time we walk through those halls we are greeted with a warm greeting. Everyone speaks with a warm salutation. This is exceptional. Great job! The staff seem to want to be ar work instead of dreading a work day. This creates a great environment for patients and a since of security for the family. Thank you for all you are doing!
