Boyfriend needed a trim last weekend, we got lost on the way but they still took us and he was the last customer of the day cuz they were closing for the day. Maddi was the BEST! My boyfriend said NO ONE has ever cut his hair correctly and listened to how he wants it cut but MADDI did. This is his first time ever he didn't have to wear a hat afterwards to cover up a crappy haircut, he was beyond pleased and he will continue to only go to Maddi for trims from here on out.
Terri did a beautiful job cutting my hair. My hair has not felt or looked this good in a while. I have been there before several months ago and had Meme cut my hair. She too did an excellent job. The salon is clean the staff is friendly and have made my hair look and feel terrific!!
We moved to New Kent 2.5 years ago, I have been seeing Miss Betsy since then at the Mechanicsville (Creighton Pkwy) store . I had a regular cutter at Libbie Place (Miss Linda) for several years before Betsy. Both these ladies do a great job, they are wonderful to talk to, and these 2 stores have a lot of very efficient and all around good employees! I highly recommend both locations.
