Great way to start the weekend watching the sunset over the Blueridge with great cocktails. We had one bourbon, one gin, one mimosa and one martini all very good. I'm a true southern girl and I was skeptical of messing with just salt and water for boiled peanuts....but let me tell you, the Cajun and local spices used to boil these were amazing....we ate every last one.Charcuterie- love their dedication to local products. Was a fan of everything except the ham...too gamey/smoky for me.What was lost on the ham was made up 100+ times on the bolognese special...tease my taste buds...creamy and spicy a true taste explosion and the tortellini was perfect. When visiting Primland the main dining attraction is Elements. But if you're staying more than one night, you'd like to try something different, and so we ate at 19th Pub. We were surprised and while we thought it was very good, it wasn't what we expected. First it is very small. There are tables outside, but in mid-October dinner in the cool outdoors in the dark wasn't what we wanted. Trying to social distance, we asked if more tables were available, and our server Adam opened up a back room where the two of us sat at the corner of a table for eight.
