Husband and I did a couples BBW. The massages and mini facials felt luxurious. The spa itself was lovely and clean. Therapists and staff were polite and friendly. Definitely recommend.

Massage therapists were so friendly, welcoming, and calming. Got every knot out of me and my fiancé. Practically went into a relaxation coma. Felt so pampered by all the extra little touches, drinks and relaxation room before hand, personalization of our massages, relaxing scents, and cold water to refresh after. Penny was 10/10, as well as the masseuse my fiancé had. Highly recommend adding to your Massanutten trip.
Very nice inside! They play mellow music. When you check in they take you to the waiting area. They offer you water or champagne and fig bars! The wait was not long at all. I was then taken to my room and was given a heated neck pillow. I just got a regular pedicure. Mind you I went snowboarding the next day and all my polish was still intact. The staff were super friendly and just gave off good vibes! I would come again! I'm smiling way too hard in the pic Bcs as she was taking off the calluses and I'm very ticklish!!
