Won’t be taking my fur-baby anywhere else . They are now open on weekends for urgent care and I love that . Dr Young and all the staff took time to talk and to listen. They didn’t rush you in and out .
Sept 25th my precious girl went into distress & our normal vet was closed. She’d been trying to cross over since loosing her Brother Jan 21st. I walked in knowing I was facing the absolute hardest decision. Dr Day still did everything in his arsenal trying to change her course but it was her time. I was alone, scared, unprepared & certainly not ready to loose my last piece of what was the 3 of us. From the front staff to Dr Day to even other patients parents waiting I didn’t come in contact with anyone or anything that wasn’t the best of the best. He was calm, patient, empathetic & it was obvious he truly FEELS these losses. She wasn’t a patient she was a beautiful soul that couldn’t be saved & my grief was shared by him as well. As a former nurse, it’s rare to even find a Dr like this much less a vet. In the midst of my absolute heartbreak I felt seen, heard & cared for by these relative strangers. The next day I signed my other 2 up as patients of his. As for me & mine we will never see anyone else.
We just had our Goldendoodle groomed here. We highly recommend. Super nice group of people!
