Tri-County Animal Hospital is known for its super sweet and kind staff, who treat patients with care and understanding. The hospital offers reasonable prices for its services, including surgeries and nail trims. Appointments are easy to make, often scheduled quickly, and are usually on time. The staff is well-educated, gentle, and efficient, making them a recommended choice for pet owners. They take the time to explain diagnoses and treatment options, helping clients feel comfortable and informed. Though the office can be small and hectic, staff members go out of their way to accommodate clients, even bringing them into exam rooms to fill out paperwork. The veterinary team, including Dr. Houston, is thorough and helpful, ensuring pets are well taken care of. The staff is also understanding during holiday mix-ups, showing kindness and flexibility. However, some clients have experienced issues with phone service and scheduling errors, which have caused frustration. Despite these problems, many appreciate the caring attitude of the staff and the quality of care provided.
I can’t say enough good things about this vet. I drive an hour to get there with no hesitation. They ALWAYS go above and beyond, AND they are the most affordable. The vets and staff have a passion for animals. You can tell by the way they work with, talk too, and love on our fur babies. They deserve more than 5 stars.
My German Shepherd is exceptionally difficult around other dogs and especially when he doesn't feel good. The staff took such great care of him today and showed so much compassion for him with his struggles to behave today.
Was such a great experience for myself and my Husky! Everyone was super nice, it was very clean and they made my dog feel very comfortable instead of scared. The Vet even sat on the floor and did her examination. They were Awesome and I definitely will be coming back!!!
