Michael and his team are exceptional, personable, and take pride in their work and their customer’s level of satisfaction. My wife and I recently worked with Michael to consult us on a renovation, and he saved us from a deal that would have sunk us. He could have probably milked us and benefitted from it once we were in, but was honest and helped us get out of a bad purchase before it was too late.We then used him for an inspection on the home we are in the process of purchasing, and he was beyond thorough, reasonable, and made sure to explain each detail to us in layman’s terms.
