very professional. we were without ac for 3 months. our home warranty wanted to keep sending different companies out to "repair" a system that clearly needed to be replaced. Cook's came out one day and handled everything for us. they took over the fight to get our system replaced 100%. they installed our new system in about 6 hours instead of a day and a half. they cleaned up everything when they were done. they always answer the phone or call back. great people to deal with!! thank you COOK'S!!!

Absolutely wonderful personality and marvelous skills, and if she can handle my hair plus my gift for gab, she can handle anyone, including my wiggling,giggling 5 year old granddaughter, she was marvelous and her prices are unbelievably low too!! I've never written a review for services before but felt so strongly and happy that I had do it!!
