I feel that since my daughter has been being seen at PCS, her mental health has deteriorated. Only once has an individual from PCS contacted me regarding my daughter. I understand confidentiality, but they could at least reach out to learn more about my daughter. I was very hopeful in the beginning. Now we are both struggling even more.

I have received counseling and psychiatric care from this facility since 2022 via TeleHealth. The only hope for this establishment are the few contracted TeleHealth providers. I don’t think anyone in the local office has any actual care or concern for the clients. No one answers their phones or responds to voicemails. You have to be EXTREMELY persistent if you want any of your questions answered. Some doctors and nurses here are extremely rude which is concerning given the nature of the facility’s intended clients.
