They do a good job but the atmosphere isn't as welcoming as it could be. Sometimes you have to wait awhile if your a walk in, hot coffee or cold water would be nice while you wait and a kids area or even just a couple of kids toys would be greatly appreciated for young waiting children

This is my husband's profile but he doesn't mind my using it to give a review of Rich's Family Haircutters. We take our son to the Marion location. My son has very sensitive hearing.Loud noises really hurt his ears. I used to use clippers on his hair but it bothered him so much that I started to take him to Rich's for his hair cuts. They were very good (the two times I took him) about only using scissors. The hair cut looked great both times and they got to us quickly. I was pleased with the service here.

After living in several states and returning to Va after several years I had no hairstylist, a friend recommended Riches, I got the best perm of my life there years ago so I took a chance. Nervously walked in Fri evening and just got signed in when a warm smile greeted me and immediately took me back. Kendra my stylist, asked how I wanted it, actually let me show her a picture and when in the past I asked others, I got sighs or recommended not for me. Kendra looked at it, and got to work. We enjoyed conversation about our kids, life and before I knew it..she was finished.
