R and M is the only place that I trust to service our oil furnace. Most of the time I get same day service. Jim is so knowledgeable and helpful, as well as Matt and the rest of the team. They really are out here to help people get their HVAC and furnaces working properly and aren't just after your money. They have also recently done a service call at my mother's house for her heat pump and they were great with that as well. These guys have been servicing my furnace for years and have always done an excellent job. Jim is a friendly and knowledgeable guy and always gets it done. I wouldn't hesitate to call them anytime I need something for HVAC.
