John and his brother Joey are great guys and provide excellent service. John has helped in several cases, repaired several heat pumps, oil furnaces and installed new units for my rentals and personal home at more than reasonable prices. He has shown up at moments notice when I thought it would have been months like other places. I know that, like all small businesses, they have a shortage of help. But in my opinion it's a plus because you will have either Joey or John installing or repairing your heat or a/c. Originally hired a local (to me) business to fix our heat pump. After waiting 3 weeks with no cold air during the hottest point of the summer this company was excuse after excuse. I was told to reach out for a second opinion to Moore’s. He came out on a weekend and immediately diagnosed that the unit was wired incorrectly and had out heat pump fixed in no time. We were told by the first company it would be $2,000-$9,000 to fix our unit which was very upsetting. Moore’s saved us a tremendous amount of money and stress. 10/10 would recommend. 5 stars!
