I have found this to be the very best cleaners in the area. First the service is excellent: professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff. The garment are cleaned, pressed and altered in an outstanding manner. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality service. Yamileth is the very best.

I had a 2 pc pants suit hanging in my closet for 2 years. I’ve never worn it due to loosing over 50lbs. I took it into Zips on Sudley Road to have it altered. Customer service was awesome and the seamstress did and awesome job. My suit fit like a glove! And the price didnt break me. A+

THe service has improved to an average level. The prices are competitive. However, it sometimes feels like the staff seem to assume a certain level of treatment. Just make sure you mention what you want/need done or it may not get input properly. Other than that, the service is reliable overall!
