This place has zero customer service. Visit there if you want to see the worst service ever. I have been a regular customer there but ended up with the continuous worst services. I could give zero if I could.

Called and provided my insurance information for an appointment and said they do take my insurance, got there (same day) and they told me my insurance was out of network. Then I said I had called and that they had told me that they do take my insurance and the girl, who is the same girl who took my appointment over the phone sounded oblivious, asked “oh did you call here?”. No apology at all for wasting my time. There used to be a nice middle aged Latina front desk lady that worked there for YEARS and never messed up any appointments or information, they absolutely need to bring her back.

The doctors cool nothing negative to say about him. It’s the receptionist clearly shes not capable of taking care of the clinic and answering questions EVER on 2 separate occasions I’ve called and came into the clinic simply seeking my sons appointment time for the follow up to no avail. Customer service is lack luster, she can’t multi task and doesn’t EVER call back or send appointment reminders. In conclusion we are going to another center hopefully with better customer service
