This place is shady if you go here do not pay cash!!!! If you pay cash they get rid of all your info I’m thinking for tax purposes because this has happened to me 2 times here… the first time I figured okay maybe I’m wrong about the last time I came in, in February I got another eye exam done for contacts the total was $189.xx I paid cash… went back to get my prescription today so I could order new contacts and they are telling me I haven’t been here since 2022… however Dr. Christina remembered me and knew I was there less than a year ago and they can’t find nothing on my prescription and now they tell me I have to pay for another eye exam… RIP OFF and...read full review

This place has zero customer service. Visit there if you want to see the worst service ever. I have been a regular customer there but ended up with the continuous worst services. I could give zero if I could.

Called and provided my insurance information for an appointment and said they do take my insurance, got there (same day) and they told me my insurance was out of network. Then I said I had called and that they had told me that they do take my insurance and the girl, who is the same girl who took my appointment over the phone sounded oblivious, asked “oh did you call here?”. No apology at all for wasting my time. There used to be a nice middle aged Latina front desk lady that worked there for YEARS and never messed up any appointments or information, they absolutely need to bring her back.
