They built an attractive 40' X 7' retaining wall using sturdy modular block, filled in and waterproofed a large, collapsed window-well below ground, removed an old brick patio, and graded the lawn in the backyard. They did extra drainage and repair work involving French Drains and retaining structures. The owner kept in constant communication and was on-site for much of the work, cleaning up thoroughly afterwards. They fixed a very problematic drainage problem and routed the water flow over 100 ft, constructing a beautiful dry river bed to enhance the property and conceal the pipes. They also installed below ground downspout extenders, regraded under a deck, and applied landscaping fabric and gravel to control erosion. They worked tirelessly and completed the job in one day, without disturbing the deck, crawling under it and regrading/laying gravel by hand. They even took the time to place the lawn back together after digging the trench for the downspout extenders. The whole team was timely and professional.
VM Drainage came out & redid our entire drain system on the back walkout of our home. From time to time, grass or leaf debris would clog our builder’s choice drainage & this would cause our basement to overflow with rain water. It was a headache to say the least. Well, after a few years of battling this matter we no longer have to worry about struggling with this issue. VM came in no time and cut the concrete & put a large rectangle drainage, very impressive piece, but now we’re confident this will be our solution. Obviously, always check during fall that no leaves aren’t clogging up your drain; but going forward, we can rest with ease thanks to VM. God bless!!!
