I called Visiting Angels at the recommendation of two people I know who had used their services. My aged mother had fallen and was not recovering as quickly as she had in the past, and my dad needed to be able to run errands without leaving her alone, and to have help lifting her, etc. The VA representative gave us a free in-home consultation, was knowledgable and kind, and we set up a process to create a schedule and an assessment. I would recommend Visiting Angels for anyone who needs help with home care for a loved one. Our care giver Genara has been wonderful with my mom and helping with all her needs. I felt very comfortable with leaving the house and leaving my mom in Genara’s care. Thank you Genara for making this experience so relaxing for my mom and the whole family.

To help with the daily needs of our husband/father, we have been blessed with 2 wonderful caregivers from Visiting Angels:
1. Always on time, Josephine brightened each day with surprise treats, clear instructions, exercise sessions, bathing times, and conversations which encouraged laughter and replies. Thank you, Josephine, for fitting into our busy lifestyle!
2. Kamara came to us with the strength required to transfer his patient from the bed to other locations. He gracefully accepted suggestions from family members and quickly created a routine which included patient established needs and the Visiting Angel's care-list.... read full review
