We had a fantastic experience with Ileana and Jose from Virginia Top Floors installing a new wood staircase. Ileana was accessible, responsive, and patiently worked with us on the design. Our staircase was old and we wanted something that would tie in the older design of our house with something more modern. Ileana had plenty of examples for us to look at, ideas on how to structure the new stairs, and was very open to our thoughts as well. Her expertise in stair design and construction really put us at ease. Virginia Top Floors were great. They were very knowledgeable and transparent when helping us decide on what the best course of action was when we wanted to replace our flooring. One we decided to go with them, they were very punctual and efficient with the work. They did a great job and our floors look amazing!
We hired Virginia Top Floors to install flush floor registers, repair our stairs and sand & refinish our hardwood floors. They were a pleasure to work with, showed up on time and did a professional job with minimal dust for a fair price. I highly recommend this company.
