First of all, I had the best experience at this Ulta store than I have had at any Ulta store in a long time. The sales associates were genuinely nice and friendly and informative. Victor was incredibly well informed and educated on everything from cruelty free make up to TikTok trends and everything in between. He was patient with me as a beginner and worked with me to find the right make up for my lifestyle. That kind of quality service is hard to find, especially now a days. I don’t even live near the store, but I will drive back almost 30 minutes just because I can trust the information I’m receiving. Thanks Tori for helping me pick out my make up that I usually hate looking for. My foundation was discontinued but Tori was able to help me match the color which I wouldn’t have known how to find with a million colors. I was in and out in less than 10 min.
