I have been extremely satisfied with the service I have received. The first time was August 2023 because my AC had stopped. The technician arrived at the appointed time and fixed the AC quickly. He showed me the 'old' part and explained why it needed to be replaced. This is when I signed up for their annual maintenance plan. In fact, when my furnace was checked in September, Bill recognized that my furnace was starting to leak carbon monoxide. I knew it was 20 years old!! So I wasn't surprised. Ryan Kibler made a service call today and he deserves high praise for the following reasons:
* He called ahead, estimated his ETA, and then he arrived on time, well within our service window * He was very thorough in evaluating our issue. * He came up with a temporary fix and made a number of excellent, creative recommendations to address a somewhat unique problem with our Community Room HVAC. * He explained everything carefully in terms that we could easily understand. * He was very professional and courteous during the entire service experience.
Kudos to Ryan for a job very well done!

Ryan is literally amazing. Came in and knew the issue right away. This was so relieving as I had been on the phone all day with back and forths and guesses on what the issue was. Thank you for being so kind and helpful I needed it!
