Turner was great. Prompt answering of the phone on the weekend and booking an appointment was professional and quick. The Technicians that followed up with calls could not have been more friendly and helpful. DJ came and explained everything he did and was open to all my questions and concerns. I signed up for the Premier service without hesitation. This was a very good experience and I believe I have found my HVAC company for the future.
