Went fine. The Arborist Inc. has done work for us for years and has always provided great service. This service has included in the past emergency removal of a very large tree that fell down across three properties and removal of other large trees due to disease. I was comfortable enough with them to let the most-recent work be done while I was out of town.
I contacted Tim about a stump that need to be removed. He showed up same day and gave me a very reasonable quote. Cruz and his team showed up and executed perfectly. I will use again for all my tree needs.
We have used The Arborist, Inc. for almost 20 years for our trees' needs. They are professional, knowledgeable, and work well as a team. Recently the crew removed a silver maple that had damage and was rotting. The team members were punctual, and took the tree down in a relatively short time. When I pointed out some dead limbs on another tree, Tim offered to removed them at the time for an additional, reasonable fee. The team cleaned up the debris and left our site looking a lot better than when they arrived. It was a pleasure to watch the group work together as they safely handled heavy equipment.
