On our recent purchase of stone, Elizabeth went the ‘extra mile’ to help us find the perfect match to our stone used over 4 years earlier. She also resolved a stubborn billing problem when we had to adjust our order. Finally, she put a rush on the delivery to meet our stone mason’s window. Been working with SiteOne for years with various companies I have worked with. I don't remember the name of the gentleman who helped me. But I recently had to pick up paver options for a client.
The service was great, I had a baseline for colors and selections, but wanted help with some other options. Which their service rep helped me out with a variety of options in my budget. Been coming here for a years, will be coming back for 5 more.

Huge selection of stone. I delivered a load here and waited for 58 minutes before they took the first pallet off my truck. The reason why I was waiting for so long was so that they could take care of their customers first, that's not a bad reason at all, but I don't get paid anything to sit and wait. Everyone was nice, but nobody approached me to tell me where to go or what I was waiting on, I had to flag down each person I spoke with throughout my delivery process.
