Today, July 23 I went to my yearly check-up at the Fairfax Office and was greeted by the most friendly receptionist (nurse) since I have been going to Dr. Gupta. Most time the receptionists are strictly business not very personally. Alissah really made me feel welcomed and was very helpful. She was a ray of sunshine and most efficient and friendly. We were able to get to know one another in that short time and she was interested in me as a person. I sure hope she is going to start working at the Fairfax Office. Dr. Gupta needs to appreciate what a wonderful employee he has hired.
My family and I have been patients of Dr. Gupta's for nearly 20 years. He has kept my medication on track, helped me with upper respiratory infections and even called in a last minute prescription when I ran out of medication, and I couldn't get a hold of the other doctor that prescribed the medication. Dr. Gupta has been my parents' doctor and my mother-in-law's doctor for 2 years now and has been amazing. All three of the parents are 85+ and the care, the knowledge, the solutions to their medical issues are incredible. Dr. Gupta answers all of his patients needs with a sense of urgency.
