Over the last decade (or so) I have called them out 3 times for emergency repairs on my grinder pump system. There is not a company out there in any line of business that is more responsive, caring, and focused on keeping me as a happy long-term customer. They don't just fix (at a reasonable price too!), they educate you on how to keep the system running properly. It is clear this is a family operation that has a culture of the highest level of customer service and rare positive ethics. If you have a septic system or pump to pressure sewer and don't already have their number at hand, then you have already made a big mistake. Used Septiclean for a recent septic system inspection and clean-out. First time on a septic system. Chase and Mason arrived on time and were friendly and great to talk with, as they throughly communicated the workings of the system and gave good information about the do's and don't of operating on septic. Very happy with the service had my tank pumped and had the distribution box and drain field inspected They where on site right at the time they had told me they would be. The inspector JD was very thorough and explained how everything worked I will recommend them to friends and neighbors
