Christmas came early for me when Ben & Thomas knocked on my door! My furnace went out and they responded right away and assessed what was wrong and rectified the situation. They were so knowledgeable, professional kind and understanding. The young lady who answered my desperate call for help was extremely attentive to my needs and truly cared about getting heat back in my home. My HVAC journey started Aug 29th, Labor Day weekend. My 20-year-old HVAC system went out and I was looking at an expensive system replacement. I took advantage of the milder weather and spent the next two weeks getting eight separate quotes (different systems) from five separate HVAC companies. All companies were competitive and all were professional. i had reddick and son come out to my house to find out my ac unit and heat system no longer work. They bought be space heater to keep me warm for thr 2 days while the parts came in. Today they came and install the brand new system. I am very happy with all the work that was done by joey,Jose and Sean. I highly recommend reddick and son. The owner daniel reddick is a really good guy and is here to help.
