I need to take a moment and call attention to Branch Manager Tish in Manassas VA, for not only going above and beyond for me as a customer, but doing so with complete kindness. She went to her boss to assist me when problems arose with another location. I started my lending in VA years ago, and have since moved to PA. So anything new would need to be where I am living now. Unfortunately, I was not treated fairly at my local branch, so reached out to Manassas since I'd been going there for years.
She didn't have to do this for me, but she did, as she said it was the right thing to do. Not just for me personally, but for any customer who was treated poorly at her company....read full review
