I don't know why so many bad reviews on this place! I just got back from there it is was great. LOVE that it has an AIR DRYER gun too! I haven't been to a self serve wash in years. So I remember how they were so all the people complaining don't even understand how terrible they used to be. Had to have a huge pocket of quarters. This place has tap to pay option that at first was worried about using cuz so many ppl here saying they got over charged 🙄
There is literally a RED LIT UP BUTTON that you push to stop it from charging your credit card if you're not using the water or air dryer. Then you tap to pay when you need to start the water or air again. Glad i took...read full review
Nice car wash, I love self serves and this one does work. I do wish the high pressure soap had more soap, i dont use the foaming brush for some of my cars and the high pressure soap barely has soap in it. I wish that people wouldn't detail their car after washing in the wash bays. Lack of enforcement waiting 15 minutes while someone wiped down their car after washing blocking the bay up.
In the area shopping so decided to grab a self car wash. They don't seem to have them in Alexandria. I had to wait a little but eventually got in the bay. I was having issues with the machine and it took my 10 dollars. A guy was helping me but he ended up helping other customers. I couldn't find him. I ended up finding an email on one of the reviews and got in touch with Jay. He was easy to talk to and I was able to get my money back. I would come here next time but maybe will just use my credit card for now on. Thanks for your help Jay!
