I usually get it really nice haircut from Lucy, but in my last visit, I didn’t had a good experience because I asked to get some perms. The perms are not looking good and also I didn’t like the haircut that she gave me, and everything including the haircut gonna cost $100 she said yes but after that, she charged me $125.
