My dad passed two years ago, and Kline Memorial's staff has exceeded all expectations in fabrication of a headstone. Rick met on multiple occasions with me, my mom and my siblings to discuss the fabrication of a memorial that would best represent my dad. We all had differing ideas, and Rick was able to take all of the input and make a custom headstone that captured the disparate ideas. Having Rick help us navigate decisions about materials, decoration, text size and all of the other details we had never consider was super helpful. Rick and the folks at Kline Memorials did an excellent job of listening to our needs, guiding us in the right choice, and installing a beautiful new columbarium for our Memorial Garden. It feels weird writing a review for this type of thing but the service and experience was wonderful, it should be shared. Kline Memorials made the process of getting a memorial for my dad super easy. I was nervous going in as this is not a fun activity, but Libby was great to work with and very understanding when me and my family went back and forth on different aspects. The communication was clear and they were helpful every step of the way. Even the team installing the memorial at the gravesite was super courteous.
