They kept me well informed (texts, phone calls, emails, in person). Mike was timely, knowledgeable, friendly, and did a good job, part of which was fixing a plumbing issue done by a prior class A contractor.
Milton arrived promptly and fixed the leaking bathroom plumbing. He also connected me to Dry Time Restorations to help with the kitchen ceiling water damage. No one wants to go through these types of homeowner events that humble a person, so it’s great to feel that you are in safe hands when you are the most vulnerable. Kinnett is high on customer care in my book. Milton was efficient and explained everything to me. Kinnett Plumbing has saved me again. I can’t thank you enough and on a holiday weekend nonetheless.
We had a suspected sewer gas leak in our rental property. Kinnett responded quickly, identified the problem, gave zero runaround, and made a quality fix, that was fairly priced. Tenants are happy and relieved. Good experience. Definitely reccommend this company. And will inevitably and defintitely use Kinnett again.
