I have been going here for a few years and have left happy every time … even if i have to come back. I usually get some variation of box braids and they’re pretty consistent with that style regardless of how many people are working on my head. Recently I got faux locs and the two braiders clearly have different techniques cause the style to look not like the picture I showed. The owner jumped in and fixed the whole back immediately and the next day they fixed the front. This whole situation could have been avoided if I was told exactly what hair to get for the style. I've had my hair braided here for the past three years without issue. My hair bra length, no relaxer and I've had box braids, knotless braids, boho twists, and faux locs (pre-looped). I love their hours of availability and how fast they are never spent more that 4 hours.
This shop is great! This is only my second time here but I continue to be impressed with the exceptional service here! I came in at 1 pm without an appointment and requested box braids. Josie and another did my hair and I was done by 3 pm! The box braids look amazing and it was done in record time! Check Haka's African Braiding out!
