Kayla is amazing! I got my hair messed up from another salon and came to her to get it fixed. I’m always afraid of getting my hair cut but she explained what she was going to do and made sure i was comfortable with it. I was crying in her chair because I was so unhappy of how another stylist had done it but I left feeling so relieved. Looks wayyy better than before. Seriously Kayla thank you so much for your kindness<3
Overall, we had a great experience at this location. I brought my 9-year-old son in for a perm, which he had been wanting for a while. The check-in process could use some improvement—no one was available when we arrived, and I wasn’t given much information or told who our stylist would be.
Thankfully, we ended up with Latanya, who was wonderful! She was thorough, kept me informed throughout the process, and made sure my son was comfortable. He was extremely happy with his perm and couldn’t stop smiling!
I was a walk in. The stylist happily worked me into her schedule. I asked for a specific color. After she was done, the color didn't look like what I asked for but she was sure it would be alright. Later, when I looked in the mirror, she was correct! It was exactly what I asked for! I love it so much
