I've been coming here for years and I absolutely love the customer service. Earlier today I came in without an appointment, hoping to be squeezed in, and Ms. Laura took the initiative to fit me in her schedule. She offered advice, and was a wholesome employee. Made an appointment for 7pm. Walked in a 6:50 to see two stylists but who were busy. One with a perm and the other for braids, both which take some time. During a break for the one getting braids I was told they would wash my hair for the time being. Had conditioner put in my hair and was told it would sit while they were finishing up the braids. It “sat” with my neck on the uncomfortable bowl for over 20 minutes..Then when the woman getting a perm had to let it process the other stylists took someone else versus rinsing me out real quick so I could atleast sit up.

Kayla did an excellent job on trimming my hair. I wish I had a before picture…however I haven’t had a trim in over a year but she did exactly what I requested and was able to trim off some of the dead/split ends while allowing me to keep my length. I’m pleased, and I plan to return to get a trim in a couple of months.Services: Kids' cuts
