They are VERY SLOW!! I had an appointment at 10am for an oil change, tire rotation, and alignment. I waited until 5:45pm to receive my vehicle. I was told that they are under staffed but I saw 5-7 employees standing around chatting, laughing, and having a great time while the rest of us in the lobby had to wait. What is the point of an appointment if I’m waiting all day long. It’s like this EVERY TIME I go there and unfortunately, that is the closest Firestone to me.

Radolfo and tony were amazing help! They actually look out for the customers well being. They helped fit my car with tires and gave me the best options for my buck. They resolved issues with my other car as well. The whole family comes here and will continue to because theyre just such great guys. Good work and keep it up! I could write so much more wonderful things about the guys at this firestone, but itd end up being a whole essay. Thank you for your help and your help in the future. Give em a raise ?

Been coming to this busy location for 3 years now. Was highly recommended from my son. Very professional, you can make appointments if needed. Bought the Lifetime warranty for alignment, been in several times a year . Pays for itself. Bought tires with warranty, HIGHLY suggested to purchase. Today I came in with 2 passenger tires losing air. One picked up a nail in side-well unfortunately can't be repaired. UPSIDE covered at a prorated rate. I just bought these 3 months ago I would have been. SOL had I not gotten insurance. Thanks you Firestone for your help. You make us feel like family.Service: Tires
