A DSR representative found our roof in need of replacement and came to our door offering their services. They knew how to compile evidence for and work with our insurance company to prove our roof suffered storm damage and thus get the insurance to pay for our new roof. Long story short, we are happy with their efforts, their customer service, their timely work (our only delay was getting the insurance check!), and the results. I smile every time I see our new roof.
