I had a great experience at Target Optical! Before my visit, I called to verify if my insurance was accepted, and the front desk staff was incredibly helpful, providing me with all the information I needed. Scheduling the appointment was simple, and the wait time was minimal.
I came in for a routine eye exam, and Dr. Kim was both polite and professional, making the process smooth and pleasant. Overall, the entire experience was excellent, and I would definitely recommend Target Optical to others!
Wonderful experience this year as my exam was explained to me in detail. Dr Nguyen was very helpful in ensuring I was made aware of changes which may have occured since previous exams. As well she informed me of things to take note of going forward as the eyes will change. I was made to feel comfortable from start to finish.
Dr. Nguyen showed me a lot of care and empathy. She listened to my concerns about the lenses I'd been wearing and helped me to get to a pair that worked for me. She also was thorough in looking through my family medical history and suggesting how to care for my eyes in the long term. 10/10 would recommend!
