Poor leadership, aggressive Director, blatant discrimination, deceitful, favoritism, termination threats, pay decreases Back in the day had a great Director and cared about company values and staff had long tenures there. Currently, new Director is a joke with less experience than other staff in the field- who just threatens and tells you that u don't have to be there and u can leave. They have found ways to cut pay drastically every few months for the same level of work, mine went down $10k in 3 years!!! What company does that?! Managers gossip and lie...none of new policies make sense. Staff was mainly all White until surveyors came in (Manassas based which shows why)....read full review

My son has been going to their day support program for several years and for the most part it has been a positive experience. The staff seems pretty engaged and he has a nice variety of activities to do, including volunteering in the community.

Not a good company to work for if you get employed on any contracts an have a Disability Jimmy one of the Heap Leaders don't have any patience also he is very Racist towards Black people over all everyone else is really nice an helpful.
