Highly recommend! KG and Andre from Crystal Clean Duct Services came out to clean my dryer vent last week, and they were absolutely fantastic. They were incredibly friendly, kind, informative, and did an excellent job. Customer service like theirs feels like a lost art form these days! I’ve used other companies in the past that charged more and didn’t put in half the effort. Crystal Clean is very lucky to have these two on their team. Because of KG and Andre, I will definitely be a returning customer!
Justin Viar was very efficient and knowledgeable. It's hard for a layperson to judge the quality and price without standing over the tech's shoulder, but the service seemed thorough and complete. (TBH, my concern was a field mouse that got in and scurried down a floor vent when he saw me. After hearing the cleaning going on, my mouse concerns have been taken care of, so a win-win!)
