I discovered Crestwood Optical using Yelp and Washington Consumer's Checkbook. Crestwood Optical has numerous outstanding reviews on both consumer rating platforms. I initially thought Crestwood Optical was another optical retail outlet that I had previously visited in Manassas, but I was incorrect. I was also considering visiting another optical retail outlet in Haymarket, but they had draconian COVID protocols; e.g. you had to wait in your vehicle until they came out to bring you into the office; no thank you. I have been doing business with Crestwood Optical since they opened way back in the day !! Eric and Melissa are the best !! The price was so much better than the big chains. The personal service you receive is amazing !! I'm a customer for life !!

Wonderful optician owner who is extremely knowledgeable. She was very helpful in properly designing and fitting my glasses. Many options were offered. She has more choice and much lower prices as well as better value than the large chains. I highly recommend this optician and store!
