I woke up feeling a bit down and needed to treat myself to something because I’ve been working so much. I called this salon at 9:15a requesting a wash and trim, I was in the seat by 9:30a as a wak in!!!! The wash was very comforting and therapeutic! Felt amazing! The shampoo used was very soothing! The ladies Ms. Gladys and Marolyn were very welcoming and sweet. It was my first visit and I will be back for sure!
This was my first time going, I was a little nervous going in but, The whole experience was great! Ms. Gladys was super nice and I love my hair. I didn’t have to wash my hair or even get the hair she got everything. The price was also very good compared to others.
1st time coming into Mrs. Gladys shop but I definitely will spread the word and plan on coming back. I made a call Tuesday and got a Saturday afternoon appointment. I was asked over the phone what I would like and told a price and that it would include the hair. SOOOO GRATEFUL for that! I was also asked to send a picture of what I wanted to ensure accuracy and to make a deposit to hold my appointment. No problem at all. I was sent a reminder text the day before my appointment which I appreciated. When I came into my appointment she hoped on my head within minutes. She had hair prepped and ready to go.
