Mr. David Brown, of Benfield Electric, came to our house today to do the regular maintenance on our Generac generator. He did a great job! We installed this generator to provide whole-house power when we lose electricity. The generator works great, and Benfield Electric has been outstanding in their service, communication, promptness, professionalism, and friendliness. A great company to do business with. What a wonderful surprise to come home from running an errand and find that Ricky Potter from Benfield had been over and filled the trench for the gas line hookup to our new generator. The fill and landscaping was very nicely done. Thank you Ricky.
The technician, James was very thorough and professional. He quickly determined the problem with our Generac generator and recommended a solution. The required part will be ordered. In the interim, he installed a used part so that the generator would function until the new part was received.
