Ricky, Manassas’ location, was terrific. Patient, knowledgeable, and service minded. Same with the team in Chantilly who did their best to solve our issue with a faulty car key fob. Ricky figured it out. I’ll return to Baldino’s again when the need arises.
Richard is extremely knowledgeable, as well as very helpful. He helped me out by removing a broken key inside a door handle on a old Mercedes-Benz, and made a duplicate using the broken key!! He’s a lifesaver, and will definitely be back again soon. Thank you so very much Baldinos!!
So I bought a new used car and it came with only one FOB key. Asked my body shop guy, and he said to go to Baldinos in Manassas.Took the blank key FOB I bought. Christopher checked to make sure it would work. It did. Then he cut the key.Big happy dance!! Just tell him what you need, and he'll answer with honesty and serve perfection!
