We needed to replace our home HVAC systems and used web-based search tools to select several quality firms from whom one stood out as the best value bid - ARS of Manassas. Kelvin Jones, ARS sales engineer, performed a detailed survey of our home, analysis yielding system requirements unique to our situation, and made recommendations on specific new replacement equipment / systems and pricing. The resulting technical discussions and negotiations on pricing yielded a best value solution and contract terms and conditions agreed to that were firm and fair. Kelvin and ARS senior leadership also committed to immediate delivery. Ben Domino and his ARS HVAC systems delivery team completed the removal and installation of both new HVAC systems the following day. Their competent, disciplined approach to every task revealed their depth of knowledge, professionalism, and polished implementation of trade craft was impressive even for this old Marine. There was a technical concern on the dual fuel / HP inverter system. Kelvin quickly tasked Shaun Weatherholtz, Field Supervisor who arrived the next day, isolated and resolved a fault in a communication subsystem and completed testing and commissioning both systems into service. Our concerns with the thermostat system and other minor issues were also resolved. We did have problems completing payment with ARS accounting so Kelvin again escalated to assist. When I called ARS this morning I spoke to Patricia an advised that still haven't been able to get my invoice paid. Patricia completed the processing of financial forms and initial processing that will be completed on Monday removing the pressure of potential interest payments. It is clear that ARS leadership hires the right professionals and empowers them to make decisions to support their customers. We want to especially thank Kelvin Jones and Patricia for facilitating the handling of key issues that allowed timely completion of our HVAC systems purchase and installation.
