To whoever owns this location: TURN DOWN THE AIR CONDITIONING!!! It's uncomfortably & unnecessarily cold in your establishment! I always wear a sweatshirt to my appointments because it's always freezing, but today was absolutely ridiculous!!! I shouldn't have to wear a sweatshirt AND get under a blanket to get my lashes done🫤
I have been a client for several years. The studio is always clean and service is great. The lash technicians are incredibly professional and make me feel comfortable throughout the my entire appointments. They take the time to understand the look I want and deliver exactly that—my lashes look full, natural, and absolutely stunning. I’ve received so many compliments!
