We are very grateful to Madison Companion Animal Hospital for the dental surgery they did on our little chihuahua. Not only she healed very well, but more importantly she is now happier than we have ever seen her since we adopted her 4 years ago. She is more active and playful, eats better and seems overall much healthier. Her treatment was relatively inexpensive and we were treated like family. So caring! Yesterday was a hard day as it was time to say goodbye to our little girl, Gumbo Louise. I was resolved to go in and ask for assistance but turned into a mess as I got to the counter. All I could manage was pointing to a candle they have on their reception desk for moments such as the one we were in need of. The vet intuited what I couldn't bring myself to say out loud, was kind, and accommodated my wish to hold her as she slipped away. His kindness and gentle approach made the goodbye a little less painful. With deep gratitude.
I had an overnight emergency with my cat, took him to Greenbrier and he was discharged from there with a urine catheter. Was told I needed to take him somewhere else. I chose Madison Companion because they were close to home. Greenbrier did not call them, so they were not expecting us. Madison was so accommodating and truly showed that they cared about my cat. They kept him throughout the day and made sure he was ready to come home before they released him. I was so grateful for the love and care they showed us! My baby boy is doing great now!
