This is my third experience at this location, and it’s always been a pleasant experience. Mr Damien did a great haircut and a phenomenal shape up. Worth every penny. I’ve been lucky to have short walk-in waits, but I’d highly suggest doing the online appointment first.

Tbh the first two cut’s weren’t great, but the atmosphere is inviting, the staff are friendly, plenty of parking, nice clean facilities.

Just be clear about what you’re looking for in a haircut, tell the stylist and don’t be afraid to say if something’s off.

No wait time. Hairdresser was knowledgeable about previous haircut. She made sure I was happy with what she did. Have gone to Great Clip for many years and have been treated respectfully and professionally.

My husband went there while visiting friends in Madison Heights VA. Prices were almost as high as a regular hair salon with less services for men. They had a chart on the wall for you to pick what tip to give them. Didn't do as good of a job as I would have expected for the price
