No wait time. Hairdresser was knowledgeable about previous haircut. She made sure I was happy with what she did. Have gone to Great Clip for many years and have been treated respectfully and professionally.

My husband went there while visiting friends in Madison Heights VA. Prices were almost as high as a regular hair salon with less services for men. They had a chart on the wall for you to pick what tip to give them. Didn't do as good of a job as I would have expected for the price

Best place EVER.I have been there twice & they are soooooo welcoming & nice.I only showed him the picture once we talked about what I wanted & he did exactly what I wanted.Thank you soooooo much great clips ? ❤?
