An excellent experience! Although, I do wish scheduling was more convenient with my schedule (such as evenings or weekend availability), I understand that's not always applicable. The atmosphere is refreshing and personable. I appreciate the one on one experience and the engaging conversation. I felt welcomed and comfortable. Haley was very sociable, allowing me to openly express my concerns and desires. She was able to advise me and give me options to get me to my desired look. She also provided me with excellent product resources for my curly hair. Essential, since she was transitioning my hair from brunette to blonde. I get my hair done here often and love the atmosphere! I refuse to go anywhere else after I have had horrible experiences at other salons. These ladies attend regular education classes and stay up to date on styles. They stay booked up so you have to set an appt up well in advance but so worth the wait!

Dena had been my stylist for almost a year before I got married and moved away. Out of all the salons and stylists I've been to, Dena is the best! She know how to manage my thick, fine hair, and always cut it perfectly. The other girls, Haley and Amanda are also good. Haley was actually the first one to cut my hair there :) The atmosphere is great as well, they always something good playing and the talk is always personable. I honestly miss it. In fact, I went to the Hair Cuttery today for a balayage (trying to go back to blonde from when Dena dyed my hair a beautiful brown for my wedding) and an undercut at the nape. They did a horrible job and I'm very seriously considering making an appointment with Shear Success because I know that they can fix my hair.
