The lady on the phone was very nice/polite as well as all 3 gentleman that came out to pump the septic was nice. Only thing I can complain about is we paid all that money and any clumps (flushable wipes) they left on the side of the holes for us to clean up. I just figured that should have been included in what we had to pay. Otherwise I will still most likely use them in the future.

Wish I could put 10 stars!! Called them around 9 in the morning and they were at our house by 11:30 to pump our septic. The crew located our septic in no time. Very pleased and impressed with their service! Will definitely use them again and we highly recommend!
