WOW. That is all I can say. I had a mishap with a ceiling fan and called Burner Electric, imagining they would be super busy and not think twice about my little ceiling fan debacle. NO! They squeezed me in between jobs, and the level of care and concern to get it safe and working again was also a concern of theirs, too!! Burner Electric's customer service is SERIOUSLY unmatched!! I called to have someone install a phone jack and the woman on the phone was so helpful and honest. She told me they were so busy and it would be awhile till someone could come out but she took the effort to help me find another place to install one. This really meant a lot to me and next time I need an electrician this is definitely the place I’ll call. Thank you!!
