“Michelle is so friendly and caring, and I feel our dogs were well taken care of which is most important. They have clean and warm kennels as well as nicely fenced play areas. It is family run which I also appreciate.“
“Naomi is the best. She’s a little intimidating at first - she doesn’t stand for much nonsense. If you want to use her as a groomer, expect to be put on a schedule - I ask my dogs to be groomed every 8-10 weeks. She creates the schedule and texts it to you for an entire year. My dogs always desperately need grooming by the time their appointments come up. If you don’t like a yearly schedule, I wouldn’t recommend Omistar. It’s how she runs her business and it works great. Naomi and her husband run the business by themselves so are always extremely busy. They ask you not to call to find out when your dog will be ready. They will call or text when they are. Every time they have to answer the phone, they are losing time grooming. If you are an anxious owner who wants to check in on your babies every hour, I would not recommend Omistar. If you want an excellent groomer who really cares about the dogs and their safety while in her care, I would highly recommend them. Naomi is definitely the alpha.“
“We used Purrfect Paws when we lived in WV, and Jo was a fantastic pet sitter for us. She is clearly devoted to taking the best care of the pets in her care and made sure to do everything we asked of her and then some. She paid special attention to our oldest cat, who is very friendly and craves affection, and the house was as clean as we had left it when we returned home. We moved to NC and unfortunately have not yet found a pet sitter even remotely as good as Jo. I would recommend her without hesitation!“
