Was going to make an appointment but cancelled purely because the front desk woman was quite unfriendly and unhelpful. She answered the phone like I was in trouble for calling in and then didn’t know if my insurance was actually in network and said “I’d assume so” (not a great answer when dealing with insurance).. Then when I called in again to cancel (3 weeks out) she just hung up on me abruptly after cancelling. Y’all need to hire your customer facing reps to be a little more customer capable.

Giving 4 stars because I live local and would like local businesses to succeed, but my goodness… I’ll sadly have to go to Purcellville.

Wonderful to be able to say I'm very pleased with my dentist, Dr Patel. I would certainly recommend him. He is thorough, smart, and technically highly skilled.

I've been a long time patient of this practice, and was very happy with Dr Hawn (also thorough smart and skilled). Since he retired, I must say I appreciate that he made such a good choice with Dr Patel assuming the practice.

And of course, the assistants, technicians and staff continue to be fine.
